Practice Facilities
Championship - Quality Practice Facility
Just a few steps from our traditional wood-panelled changing rooms lies our championship-standard practice facility. Known as ‘the Garden’, it contains all you need to prepare yourself for the challenging game ahead. Use of the practice area is included in your green fee.
GOOD TO KNOW: A section of the Garden is not used for practice facilities for very good reason – it is an out-of-bounds area for the 18th hole!

In the Practice Area You Will Find:
Driving range: practice balls are available from the ball dispenser near the practice area. Tokens for the dispenser can be obtained in the pro-shop.
Chipping green: hone your short game skills at our large and contoured chipping green. The chipping green typically has six flags to play at from the fringe or surrounding bunkers. One half of the chipping green is raised so that players can test a variety of shots.
Putting green: get a feel for the greens. The practice putting green has 18 holes and is maintained to exactly the same high standard as the greens on the course.
Practice net: the practice net with mats is an alternative for warm-up and shot practice.
